Level 7 Investors is a group of real estate investors from Florida who have invested in various types of properties — single-family value-add, oceanfront condominiums, multi-unit renovations, and Class A multifamily communities.
We invest as principals and as partners. Some deals we buy and renovate ourselves. Others we enter as limited partners or co-general partners alongside operators we know and trust. The common thread is that every deal is understood down to its parts before a dollar moves.
