Our Methodology
A repeatable, three-phase system for sourcing, operating, and exiting multifamily assets — the same process behind every Level 7 offering.
We focus on the fastest-growing markets characterized by rapid migration and strong job growth. We pursue off-market and undermanaged Class A through C+ assets — typically 12 to 100 units within 45 minutes of a major metro — at a discount to replacement cost.
What this looks like in practice
Unlike firms that rely entirely on third-party managers, we station an asset manager close to the asset and run a defined value-add playbook: cosmetic renovations, operational efficiency, and upgraded amenities.
